Fruit Purees

Fruit Purees contain the juice as well as the majority of the fibrous material from a fruit. These can be utilised for a variety of applications including baby food, desserts, ice cream, marinades, puddings, ready meals and many more besides.

We are able to provide our clients with over 25 different types of fruit puree, available in either single strength, concentrate or blended form. These include apple (as well as Bramley apples), apricot, blackberry, carrot, forest fruit, kiwi, lychee, mango, passion fruit, peach and red currant.

One of the major benefits of our fruit purees is that they can be manufactured with our without sugar, as well as processed without seeds. If desired, we can also ensure a textured product which offers the full flavour of a concentrate by blending the purees with juice concentrate. 

If you require the fruit puree to be provided frozen then this can be arranged, as well as organic alternatives for most fruits. Packaging is in either 20kg aseptic bag-in-box or 200kg aseptic steel drums.
