Herb + Spice Derivatives (Extracts, Oils)

There are many ingredients which are derived from wonderful variety of plants on Earth, through an large array of different production techniques. These derivatives have many and varied functions in food, from imparting flavour to delivering a health benefit to use as foaming or bittering agents. 

Herbs - Leaves, Flowers, Stems of a plant
Spices - Seeds, Fruits, Roots, Bark or other part of the plant. 

There are broadly: Oils (Pressed or Essential Oils) , Extracts (Solid, Fluid or Powder), Oleoresins, Spices + Herbs on Salt.
