These have many applications such as in Biscuits, Breakfast Cereals, Cereal Bars, Confectionery, Ice Cream, Decoration and Snacks such as mixes.

• Coatings are almost always melted chocolate, either white, dark or milk and there are a wide variety of nuts available in these coatings, either whole or pieces.

• Caramelisation, is specifically the coating in brown sugar, which results in some delicious nut based products, often pecans, hazelnuts, macadamias, almonds and walnuts, are used (in either whole or pieces), however others are available on request.
