These are available either air-dried, freeze-dried or puffed.

These are also available as kibbled, granules, dice, sliced or whole. Puffed pieces are designed to float when hydrated, therefore making them ideal for use in instant soups.

These are available as halves, quarters, chopped, pieces, puree and powder. They are preserved with various levels of salt and come with or without SO2. We can also offer them soaked in vegetable oil.
