Quark Cheese or Curd Cheese is a certain type of soft cheese with a very creamy, slightly sour and smooth flavour profile. It is made by warming soured milk until it curdles, then straining. Kanegrade supplies quark powder, which is made by making a slurry with the cheese, and spray-drying.
