Through our policies in environment, labour/human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, we aim for our business has a positive impact on all those who interact with us.

Below are the key points of our policies:

Environment

  • 100% of our electricity is from Renewable sources
  • Solar panel roof installation scheduled for H2 2024
  • We collect and re-use rainwater
  • Use of recycled plastics where possible

Labour / Human Rights

  • Staff, customers, suppliers treated with fairness and respect
  • Inclusive and non-discriminating employer
  • Adjustments made for less-abled staff and visitors
  • Learning benefit for all staff

Ethics / Community

  • Policy to prevent bribery, fraud, dishonesty, and illegal activity
  • Whistleblower and confidential reporting policy
  • Support for local charity, nominated annually
  • Encourage staff to volunteer for local causes

Sustainable Procurement

  • Use of RSPO palm oil or palm-free alternatives
  • Preference of suppliers with sustainable accreditations
  • Monitor and use shorter supply chain length
  • Ensure environmental standards in place at suppliers
